Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of Gomoku Classic, a five-in-a-row mini game operated by Japan Goku Technology Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or playing the game, you agree to these Terms.
1. The game
Gomoku Classic is a recreational single-player strategy game in which a player competes against an AI opponent. The game is provided for personal, non-commercial use.
2. Acceptable use
You must use the game lawfully and must not interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass platform controls, reverse engineer it except where applicable law permits, or use it to harm others.
3. Intellectual property
The game, including its software, interface, artwork, sounds, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Japan Goku Technology Co., Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
4. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the game where reasonably necessary, including to improve security, comply with law, or maintain the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
5. Third-party platform
The game is made available through TikTok. Your use of TikTok is also subject to TikTok’s applicable terms and policies. TikTok is not responsible for the game unless its own terms say otherwise.
6. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the game is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the game. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above will be updated when changes take effect. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
